Glasgow Central Mosque will be delivering a short course for parents and young adults on what you should know about Drugs & Alcohol.

This will take place on Saturday 16th November at 6pm in the Small Community Hall, In’sha’allah.

Role of Parents Workshop

Glasgow Central Mosque will be delivering a workshop on the role of parents in supporting children with Maktab & Hifz. This will include how to cope with both School and Maktab/Hifz, study techniques, Hifz tips and general support & advice.

This will take place on Saturday 9th November after the Maghrib Salah at 4.28pm in the Small Community Hall, In’sha’allah.

The workshop is in English and open to both brothers and sisters (no children under 16). Worksheets and refreshments will be provided.

Shaykh Zahir Mahmood

Glasgow Central Mosque is pleased to host Shaykh Zahir Mahmood of Birmingham, a student of Darul Uloom Al Arabiya Al Islamiya (Bury), Al Jamiiyah al Islamiyah (Karachi), Dar al-Uloom Newcastle (South Africa) and the founder/principal of As-Suffa Institute in Birmingham.

Shaykh’s inspirational speech, in English, on the Seerah of the Prophet ﷺ will take place on Friday 15th November after the Isha Salah at 8.45pm In’sha’allah.

Brothers and Sisters are welcome.
